Former The Young & The Restless star Victoria Rowell is gorgeous! There is no if, and or but about it. Now looking back over some of her past fashion choices she is not what we would call Fashion Forward BUT she also isn’t a H.A.M….normally. Her style seems to us to not really stand out. She doesn’t take chances…good or bad…until now.

We absolutely, positively LOVE our president. What we don’t love is this dress. Her earrings and hair look great. Her choice of outfit not so great. As another blog put it, not even Michelle is wearing this.

Definitely not red carpet material. Where are her stylists???
