In Style Mag is raving on Twitter about Mrs. Carter in this Elie Saab dress…Mirror Image Mag…not so much…
The dress is okay but its not necessarily what we would call Fashion Forward. We love the top half, which is saying a lot because I personally am anti-the one sleeve look!!! It is the bottom half that bothers me. I know this picture doesn’t allow us to see the whole look but the pleats that we do see irritate me. They just don’t seem to flow with the top of the dress…
