I just have to start by saying this picture was from Saturday night in NYC. I say that because it was freezing and snowing but you can’t tell by looking at this hot mama.

This outfit would’ve been cute if she had buttoned the shirt and allowed her lingerie to peek out of the top rather than making it the focal point of the look. (Lingerie should be used as a temporary covering in the bedroom and not as a part of something that everyone sees…it’s a secret for a reason!!!)

Personally, I have a problem with shorts in the winter time. It doesn’t make sense because I’m all for skirts in the winter but for some reason I’m anti-shorts. Had she buttoned her shirt and worn this in May it might’ve made Fashion Forward but right now she is on the Naughty List for being a H.A.M.
