We haven’t talked about tattoos for a while. I was going through pictures looking for a fashion forward fashionista and I happened upon this young woman’s tattoo. I cropped the picture so that you wouldn’t be distracted by the outfit. The photo is courtesy of AreyouVIP.com

I know that stars are the new thing to get tattooed but I will still give this lady originality points for placement and style. I think it is a beautiful piece of ink. I wonder how big the whole piece is. My only problem is that right now stars are the trendy tattoo (even though many who get them are unaware of the history of the star tattoo in the LGBTQ community) but what happens when they’re no longer the trend? You can’t take a tattoo off as easily as changing your hairstyle. But personally, I would rather be stuck with the starts than the crew names and guns we have seen in the past.

I really wanted to like her outfit. I love the idea of what she was going for. She definitely was looking for a classy not trashy look. Was going for sophistication instead of slutty chic. Unfortunately, I believe she fell a lil short! The high skirt wait is tricky yet sweetie seems to be able to pull it off. I’m saddened by her shirt of choice. It looks like she picked a tank top out of the gym draw to match with a work skirt. The skirt itself I’m kind of on the fence about. Not sure if the burberry pattern works with the shoes. Actually, I know it doesn’t for me. And the coloring is off too. I really like the shoes. Wonder where she got them from. Oh, and her hair looks nice!
